Prices include:

- use of the swimming pool, open from April to September
- one entrance to the Finland Sauna (extra entrance 20€ per person)
- electricity
- water consumption
- parking
- weekly cleaning and linen change
- any child's bed (on request)
- free farmshop products
- tourist information
- free tourist information leaflets.
- fun-educational activities and participation in the activities of our farm on request (harvest, fruit and vegetable collection, agro-educational activities)
- putting together personalized packages with dinner, tours and food and wine shopping, baby sitting etc ...

We accept small pets, well trained and used to travelling and staying in public facilities, upon prior arrangement.

The reservation is confirmed and mutually binding upon the payment of the 30% deposit to be made by bank transfer. However, a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Prices DO NOT include (to be paid at the property):

- extra cleaning: € 12 per hour
- linen change: € 5
- tourist tax: 1.5 euros per day per person

In case of cancellation of the reservation: less than 15 days before arrival the entire deposit will be retained; more than 15 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be refunded.

The payment of the balance of the entire stay to be paid on arrival upon receipt of the keys.

Cancellation terms:
No charge for cancellations over 14 days before check-in.
For cancellations in the 14 days before check-in you pay the entire booked stay.



Upon reservation, it is possible to take advantage of body rituals with treatments carried out by a professional operator.
